COLTS IMPROVE TO 8-3 FOLLOWING SWEEP OF SHASTA

Colts third baseman Nick Borg went 4-5 and reached base 7 times as Canada
knocked off visiting Shasta twice at Colt Field.

The idea of "Team first" has always been at the cornerstone of Canada Colts baseball, and no where has that philosophy been more evident than during the Colts current four game winning streak. Certainly strong pitching, airtight defense and clutch hitting can't hurt. But the Colts are getting contributions from a variety of resources - each when called upon, have done their job.
